Overview

Fixed Term Contract to Perm (6-months initial contract)

Brands are seeking global efficiencies for production services and are increasingly engaging with Production experts such as CreativeDrive directly, looking for best in class services, quality of work and rates.

We want our business to better understand and interact with Procurement and Marketing teams, to establish long term multi-

year contracted relationships to provide creative and production services.

We are looking for an articulate, strategic, highly driven and tenacious Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Terms of employment :

  • Bonus / commission (to be discussed / agreed by head of department).
  • Benefit platform scheme.
  • 25 days holiday per year (or pro-rata), plus UK public holidays and agency discretionary days.
  • Your core location will be London, but you will be expected to travel (sometimes at short notice).

    Ideally available immediately.

    Responsibilities

    We require a business development expert with a deep understanding of, and experience of :

  • Creative, production and localisation services.
  • Identifying and developing new business leads and managing a pipeline.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
  • Engaging with brand procurement & marketing teams.
  • Engaging with procurement consultants.
  • Global / multi-location client relationships.
  • RFP and RFI submission.
  • Key responsibilities of the role :

  • Execute against our defined sales strategy.
  • Conduct extensive market research / targeting of new contacts.
  • Work with global leads to understand cross-selling opportunities.
  • Package and present our services and offer - generate attractive long-term business.
  • Manage RFI / RFP processes.
  • Work with COO in establishing rate cards and contractual terms
  • Ensure relationships are serviced and maintained.
  • Working directly into the Sales & Marketing Director and CEO to manage leads / pipeline.
  • Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively.
  • Cold calling / emailing customers and selling services and products.
  • Liaising with other departments within the company.
  • Arranging & attending industry conferences and events.
  • Networking with companies and individuals in the industry.
