Long service award

I am a gentleman living in my own home and I am looking for male Support Workers who can help me to reach my potential in life.

I will need your support to help keep me safe and empower me to work towards my goals. This is a new and exciting time for me, and I would like to be supported by people who are patient and non-judgemental.

About you

The successful candidate will be engaged in a robust, person-centred training programme you’ll learn new skills and be encouraged to explore continuing professional development opportunities.

You’ll have the satisfaction of building a positive therapeutic relationship with the person you support and build trusting, supportive and professional relationships with those that you work alongside.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as Recovery Support Workers within Recovery, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Outreach or Forensic Work.

If you are a team player with great communication skills, possess an NVQ / QCF 3 or willingness to complete the qualification with Gray Healthcare we’d love to hear from you.

If you currently don’t have these qualifications, then we’d still like to hear from you. Were working on an exciting development and will in the coming months be able to offer a comprehensive training and induction pathway for those of you who want to change careers and work with a forward thinking and exciting Healthcare company like us.

To assist with your own professional development you will be invited to attend our unique Gray Healthcare Training Academy.

This will consist of 9 inclusive days and includes workshops such has : Psychological Support, Communication Skills and Clinical Intervention to ensure you are a highly skilled and motivated Professional in complex care
