Veblen International are excited to begin searching for a UK Sales Manager to join a fast-growing, global company that produces incredible handheld beauty devices.
The successful candidate would be a passionate, creative and determined individual, and would be working from within the London office.
We are looking for someone that is driven to grow a team, has a dynamic working style and is able to spot opportunities.
You will have the ability to work across multiple channels, for example but not limited to; luxury department stores and e retailers.
Responsibilities include : Developing and implementing national sales plans by channels / customers based on national sales targetsWorking to improve retail management, key customer retention and joint business plan implementation to ensure efficient and sustainable sales growthBuilding the sales channel and coordinating the management of different accountsMonitoring customers to implement trading terms of sales contractMaintaining good relationships with customersUtilising monthly and quarterly business reviews and sales meetingsRecruiting and building a strong national sales team through effective leadership and training
Candidate requirements : A Bachelor’s degree within a relevant fieldSound sales management experience and a proven record of achievement in the beauty / fashion / electronic industryExcellent organisational and communication skillsBroad based technical and marketing knowledgeFamiliar with distribution channels, Key Accounts and FMCG / the travel retail industryStrong relationships with buyers and distributors within the UK
