We now have an exciting role based here in Farnborough, reporting to Office Services, supporting the local office with HSE and in particular the environmental aspect.
In addition, this role will be responsible for implementing, managing and supporting the Mental Health First Aid program.

Non-chargeable Fluor Limited Projects SupportProviding HSE advice and support to departments and projects in circumstances where chargeability / funding is not available (Office HSE related).
Assume responsibility where required, as project teams Office HSE Manager. Provide support and advice on any Office HSE related matters for the project.
Conduct weekly Office HSE inspections of the project floors and complete actions as required. Fluor Limited HSE Committee Meetings.
Attend and participate in bi-monthly meetings. Attend to and report on follow up actions assigned. May act also as Minutes Secretary.
Fluor Limited related policy and practice updates. Regular review and updating of all Office HSE related policies and practices in consultation with other relevant departments and HSE disciplines (Design HSE and Construction HSE).
Preparation of Office HSE related TV Slides as required.Act in an advisory capacity to support HSE week and Construction week and any other HSE initiatives.
Provide in-house training courses (preparation and delivery HSE301, HSE127, Legal Updates, INDG417)Act on instructions from the Office Services Manager and Office HSE related actions communicated from the Fluor Limited Senior Staff Meetings.
Conduct non-complex office related incident investigations as necessary. Participate in complex office related incident investigations in support of the HSE Director (pending TapRooT Incident Investigation Team Leader training course completion).
Conduct regular Office HSE Audits using the Corporate Office HSE Audit Tool ensuring that action items are communicated and closed in a timely manner.
Provide Office HSE related input to the annual HSE Management Review (preparation and delivery). Provide Office HSE related input for Board of Directors Meetings, as required.
Oversee ISO audits and ensure ISO Standards are kept up to date and communicated.Maintain up to date HSE related notices on the building HSE noticeboards (HSE & Sustainability Policy Statements, Employers Liability Insurance Certificate, HSE "What you need to know" Poster including contact details.
Complete required Corporate HSE Training Courses, e.g. HSE127 Supervisor HSE Leadership, HSE275 Incident Investigation and record keeping etc.
Develop, monitor and manage the Fluor Farnborough Office Sustainability programme in compliance with Fluor Practice 000.653.
8505 Sustainability Activities in Offices.Develop, monitor and manage the Fluor Farnborough Office DSE Assessment Programme.
Develop, monitor and manage the Fluor Farnborough Office Management HSE Visibility and Observation programme and reporting.
This includes reporting on Office HSE rule infractions and management participation in the programme.First Aid at Work and Mental Health First Aid programme rollout and management.
