What Will You Be Doing?

Responsibilities will include :

  • Providing an exceptional and professional customer service experience at all times.
  • Receiving incoming calls from customers to make service / MOT bookings
  • Making outbound calls to customers to book appointments for services, MOTs etc.
  • Interacting and communicating with the Dealership sites to ensure they have enough capacity to manage the bookings.
  • Arranging vehicle deliveries for customers.
  • Who Are We Looking for?

    Successful candidates will have :

  • Previous Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • The ability to build rapport and good working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
  • Good self motivation and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Previous Kerridge and Call Centre experience would be an advantage for this role.
