What Will You Be Doing?
Responsibilities will include :
Providing an exceptional and professional customer service experience at all times.
Receiving incoming calls from customers to make service / MOT bookings
Making outbound calls to customers to book appointments for services, MOTs etc.
Interacting and communicating with the Dealership sites to ensure they have enough capacity to manage the bookings.
Arranging vehicle deliveries for customers.
Who Are We Looking for?
Successful candidates will have :
Previous Customer Service experience.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
The ability to build rapport and good working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
The ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
Good self motivation and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Previous Kerridge and Call Centre experience would be an advantage for this role.
