Digital Signage support analyst required to work with my London based client to provide digital signage technical & deployment support, including end user and infrastructure administration of the OneLan platform.

You will join a company providing cutting-edge audio visual solutions for major brands in many international territories.

This client is a worldwide audio-visual company with extensive experience in designing, project managing, engineering and supporting AV systems and products.

Founded in 1964, the company has always been among the first to apply new technology to create tailored, state-of-the-art solutions that meet the challenges of the professional AV market.

The role will include general support and administration. Daily activities would include but not be limited to the following :

User account administration :

  • Creation, deletion, amendment of user accounts on the Onelan CMS and DSM
  • Reference, maintaining and updating of the Excel spreadsheets (involving basic formulas) for user account records
  • Creation of Roles and assigning permissions for Roles and user groups on the Onelan CMS to match user requirements
  • User Support :

  • Diagnose and resolve content issues for user channels
  • Manage folder structure
  • Answer basic content queries and questions from business areas / content users
  • User Training for new users
  • Content Management Server (CMS) maintenance, training on this system will be provided.

  • Create and amend content channels for the various business areas. Currently 75 channels
  • Regular backups and license updates or changes
  • Digital Signage Management server (DSM)

  • Creation and management of subscriber devices to suit business changes or project installations
  • Reference, maintaining and updating of the Excel spreadsheets (involving basic formulas) for device records
  • Management of configuration groups and "remote setup" categories
  • Subscriber (endpoint) device configuration

  • Initial general configuration of all new devices and amendment of existing devices as they change
  • Specific unique configuration of each endpoint including naming and tagging
  • Adhere to global standards for device naming and tagging (spreadsheet-based)
  • Management of device records
