    We’re looking for a Business Manager to join our team. As our Business Manager you will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5 star CSI performance.

    The Business Manager candidate :

  • You will already demonstrate a high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills are a necessity as you will captain your sales team to deliver outstanding results, support and manage them in the 360 degree delivery of the sale while maintaining a natural and knowledgeable approach to our customers.
  • Sales targets will be met and exceed monthly. Influence and negotiation skills will come naturally to you.
  • You thrive in a fast paced and every changing environment.
  • Fantastic communication skills. Excellent relationship building with both your team and customers.
  • The Business Manager Role :

  • Directly reporting into the Sales Leader, our Business Manager will lead by example and drive your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business.
  • You will second face every customer to establish their wants and needs while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business.
  • Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers.
  • Working under pressure. Establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget. Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager.
  • Regular feedback to your team. Looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them.
