You will be responsible for :
Partnering with clients to clarify strategic requirements and manage expectations in line with agreed outcomes and business benefits
Setting up projects and lead teams of 15+ people with the ability to set up clear ways of working to ensure maximum team performance by unblocking impediments and ensuring the team is focused on project goals and outcomes
Scoping out digital projects and work with cross functional teams to define detailed project plans
Leading interdisciplinary teams to evolve creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables
Providing day to day management of project plan with ability to manage risks through the use of clear task lists, issue tracking, status reporting and meticulous meeting notes
Dependency management across work streams and 3rd parties
Taking the lead in meetings and conference calls and effectively set up the presentation of creative work and product demos
Providing purpose, direction and motivation to team and clearly defines and communicates roles and responsibilities
Ensuring a positive, collaborative work environment for the team with good understanding of technical requirements to ensure a one team culture’ and focus on the highest quality solution
Managing project financials and ensure projects complete to quality, according to schedule and to expected margin
A minimum of 6 years experience working for a digital agency or consultancy where you have led creative teams to design and build exceptional digital experiences for the most demanding clients
Excellent negotiations skills and experience defining and writing Statements of Work
Thorough understanding of working with Agile delivery methods like Scrum and Kanban
Passion for the detail, laser focused on ensuring projects are delivered to scope, time and budget and always to desired quality
A solution based mindset with a full understanding of the application of current digital technologies (including; Responsive Design for component based Content Management Systems, Digital Marketing Platforms and Web / Mobile Applications)
Problem solvers with an ability to anticipate where the problems lie and how best to resolve them
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a passion for problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitating, organizing and managing conflicts and difficult conversations
