Position Description :
Crew Accommodations Team Lead at FLEETCOR is responsible for the timely and efficient handling of inbound inquiries, to source hotel and transportation needs of our airline clients.
The Hotel & Travel Consultant will support with a variety of queries in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each task assigned to by the supervisors.
In addition, the Hotel & Travel Consultant will liaise with other departments to ensure a swift and consistent resolution.
To perform the job successfully, the individual should demonstrate the following :
Take a lead on a specific client rather than like a supervisor who would be looking for all the clients.
Will also require the candidates to work 5 on 2 off to cover 5 days a week 9 hour shift not including breaks
Crewrez / fully trained and responsible for a dedicated team. Crewconnect, Rezconnect training will be given
Able to cover shift call outs and Holiday cover
Working flexibly days and Nights when required to cover
Able to help with investigations / walks and other tasks as needed
Building a relationship with AM / clients to help operation tasks. Requirements :
High School Diploma or higher qualification is required with one years' experience of hotel / travel industry experience is necessary.
Fluent in English and preferably at least one more language (Italian, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek, Turkish, Mandarin)
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Requirements :
The schedule for this role will be a five day on, two off per week, working 40 hours per week.
