What is the Role?

We are looking for a Senior Biddable Executive with ideally 1-3 years' experience in PPC. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class Paid Search campaigns for our client and help them achieve their Business objectives.

It's an exciting time to join our Manchester team with our client undergoing a digital transformation with some very unique projects currently underway.

Your role will be focused around driving forward our Search account alongside the Biddable Manager, leading on key projects and promoting both positive account and business change.

Core Competencies and skills required

Personal

  • Positive attitude & most importantly genuine enthusiasm
  • A PPC specialist with strong hands-on experience across traditional Search
  • Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Eager to improve knowledge and skills through continuous training
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • You are pro-active and driven to deliver best in class planning and output for your client partners
  • Able to convert large data sets and complex data into stakeholder friendly information
  • Teamwork

  • As we're currently working remotely (in line with government guidelines) a large focus will be placed on communicating effectively while working and supporting team members
  • Comfortable collaborating with colleagues and clients, both remotely and also in person, as and when it is appropriate to also work from our office location
  • Client Relationship

  • An individual that shows confidence and a willingness to improve presentation skills
  • Experience with dealing with client stakeholder on email and calls
  • Technical Skills

  • Comfortable with navigating through the different platforms, UIs and third-party tools i.e. SA360, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager
  • Skilled using features of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Desirable : Google Data Studio experience & knowledge
  • Core Roles and Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular campaign and budget management checks
  • Own flawless execution and set up of Paid Search campaigns across the clients
  • Lead with the Account Manager on campaign management from planning, set-up to optimisation and measurement within Native and 3rd party PPC management consoles i.e. SA360
  • Carry out and deliver thorough optimisation roadmaps across all Search platforms
  • Acknowledge clients' emails in a timely manner
  • Ongoing collaboration with the main Media Partners proactively reaching out for new opportunities
  • Attend relevant Search Platform training
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments and apply the clients campaigns where relevant
  • Implement and analysis testing and innovation opportunities to optimize campaigns to improve performance
  • Contribute to regular client meetings : preparing material and presenting on performance and account actions
  • Work with the Account Manager to scope out new opportunities to improve performance and drive innovation
  • Understand, become certified and implement the finance bookings through GroupM's booking system, Prisma.
