In this job, you’ll be accountable for developing and executing the Consumer Content Strategy, impacting all customers and advisors.
You’ll be responsible for delivering vision and leadership across the Content Design team, setting direction, understanding strategic and business objectives across our products.
The exact digital products in the scope of any of our roles will evolve over time, so we will assign you to an alliance based upon a combination of external and internal factors.
Example alliances we operate today are; BT Sales, EE Sales, Global Features, My Account, Help & Community.
You'll have the following responsibilities
You will be responsible for being the confident, objective voice of our users. Relentlessly chasing needs based innovation and producing world class quality experiences.
Lead the development, maintenance and execution of the Digital content strategy.
You will be accountable for the consistency within your own content design team, the direction set as well as the output of that squad.
To advocate cross-channel consistency of messages and ensuring content quality over publishing quantity. Ensuring the team are distilling facts from subject matter experts and using specialist writing / content design skills to present the facts in the most digestible and usable format.
You will work closely with Brand, following frameworks and maximising digital customer experiences across the digital estate.
You'll have the following skills & experience
Commercial background in leading a content design strategy - managing and coaching writers editors and designers.
Content creation and curation - interviewing experts, commissioning, sourcing, editing across formats including copywriting, visual assets and video content.
Expert in Content Marketing, Hierarchy & Journey Planning - Supporting marketing messaging, planning multi-touchpoint seamless journeys with needs & data at their heart.
Expert knowledge of Agile Lean approaches to action -continually finding ways to deliver more value to the customer and the business with less effort.
