We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and help our Sales, Market Analyst and Engineering groups reach their hiring needs in Q4 and Q1 2021! This is a fixed-term or Freelance opportunity (3 days / week minimum til end of Q1 2021) .

From defining sourcing strategies and identifying & closing top talents to tracking & reporting on recruitment efficiencies and metrics, you will be responsible for the end to end recruiting process and quality in your dedicated group! Your duties will include the following :

  • Build relationship with the hiring manager to understand the hiring needs and walk them through the hiring process sharing your expertise and knowledge of the market and hiring best practices
  • Identify efficient sourcing strategies & channels
  • Manage posting, sourcing and hiring pipes leveraging our internal tools & systems (ATS, etc)
  • Build and manage relationships with passive and active candidates : you’ll get to know and understand their motivations and strengths, you’ll get them excited about Kpler and ensure that they have the candidate experience that makes them want to join our family!
  • Coordinate offer process and negotiate offer with candidate
  • Track and monitor key metrics, report on recruiting efficiency
  • Attend company and team meetings to understand company culture You are or have...
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in a fast pace / startup environment
  • 2+ years of experience hiring in Tech (software developers, data engineers, etc)
  • 1+ years of experience hiring globally (experience hiring in Singapore, US, Europe and Middle-East a strong plus)
  • Strong business acumen , a strategic and sales mindset
  • Bilingual / Fluent English
  • Linkedin Corporate Recruiter licence required for Freelance set-upLocation : Any, EMEA time-zone preferred Contract-type : Freelance or Fixed-termDuration : Asap til end of Q1 2021
