What You'll Do :
The Workplace Experience Coordinator curates LogicMonitor’s cultural experience as well as fosters the team's community.
This role will wear multiple hats to provide a high level of support to LogicMonitor’s UK team through office / facility management, internal event organisation and various administrative duties.
In addition to managing to the day-to-day functions of the office, you’ll also play a critical role in nurturing LM’s culture and organisational values in our other European offices.
The WE Coordinator is instrumental in facilitating and building employee engagement when it comes to company events and programs.

Here's a closer look at your duties in this key role :
Coordinate onboarding to ensure HR requirements are met.
Health & Safety inc risk assessments
Organise weekly team lunches and monthly happy-hours.
Contribute to the Work Experience yearly events calendar by establishing LM traditions and branded events
Create content for team communication to broadcast via weekly emails and London Culture TV and keep Life in LM Confluence monthly page up to date.
Create an energetic and professional office atmosphere daily & own seasonal office décor.
Order and organise all office supply and kitchen snack inventory.
Manage relationship with swag vendor for internal (new hire / all star)
Assist wear required all London team travel / hotel accommodations for Annual Company Kickoff.
Own London Wellness Events Program : Point person for regular workout instructors. 1 weekly yoga / circuit workout + 1 weekly crossfit / other workout.
Own London's LM Cares Program : Generate interest in LM Cares Committee to plan and execute roughly one volunteer event per quarter.
Execute EMEA team events, birthdays, all hands' meetings, launch parties, holiday celebrations & team outings quarterly
Manage Life LM London calendar.
Coordinate setup of all team lunches.
Coordinate and renew all London corporate hotel rates. Ensure travel guidelines are met.
Coordinate fortnightly HuddleHR Admin - References and HR Induction
Office Operation & Facilities
Ensure employees are compliant with COVID protocols (cleaning protocols, lateral flow test available) while in the office space.
Point person for vendors and setup / breakdown venue for events.
Implement creative ways to market People Operations initiatives and influence behaviour change.
Be the primary contact with WeWork building management to resolve building and maintenance issues.
Promote and manage internal use of JIRA Facilities system.
Set up / tidy food & beverage for meetings.
Water and take care of plants in office.
What You'll Need :
Experience or exposure to managing a professional office environment
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google suite or Google Suite and Keynote
You will be required to be present in the office 3-4 days / week
