Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor / Driver required in Cross Hands.

Starting salary of up to £20,300 depending on experience + bonus & overtime

Monday to Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 30pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8 : 30am to 12 : 00pm paid at time and a half.

Our client, a long-established franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership in the Cross Hands region, is currently looking to hire a well experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Driver to join their back counter parts team.

You will report to the Aftersales / Branch Manager and work as as part of a friendly team where your responsibilities as a Parts Advisor / Driver shall include :

To receive all parts orders, accurately identify requirements and ensure that they are accurately and promptly picked and dispatched.

Accurately identify and process customer parts requirements; whilst maintaining a courteous and professional approach in a busy trade parts sales environment.

Deliver vehicle parts to relevant

To be sales orientated and target driven to ensure successful parts growth.

To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.

In order to be eligible for this Parts Advisor / Driver role, you will ideally live within an easily commutable distance of Cross Hands.

It is essential for this Parts Advisor / Driver role that you hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working with a car or commercial vehicle dealership parts department, accident repair center or motor factor background.

As a Parts Advisor / Driver, you will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system.

You will also ideally hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service / sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.

For your hard work as a Parts Advisor / Driver, our client is offering :

Starting salary of up to £20,300 per annum.

Access to a dealer performance based quarterly bonus paying up to £1,000 per annum.

Overtime subject to availability paid at time and a half rate.

Full manufacturer accredited training / development.

23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays which increases over continuous service

Working Hours are from Monday to Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 30pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break, and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8 : 30am to 12 : 00pm paid at time and a half.
