About the Role You will focus on the creation and management of sustainable long-term distribution partnerships in the UK and IRL, through dedicated account management and effective collaboration with cross-
functional teams to grow our revenues. Reporting to the Head of Sales UK & IRL, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver challenging business targets through existing distribution partnerships.
You will bring deep understanding of the insurance market, regulatory environment, protection products and distribution landscape in the UK, the capability to act commercially at a senior level and the willingness to focus and commit to grow our revenues through existing partnerships.
You will lead existing distribution partnerships holistically from goal setting through to implementation of new products and / or distribution channels, including leading on commercial negotiations.
You will co-ordinate, guide and handle cross-functional teams that span a wide range of disciplines to ensure success in building sustainable partnerships.
Your ability to run and engage colleagues across the organization to deliver results is critical. As Senior Account Manager UK & IRL, you will concentrate on : Run the business : lead goal setting process and negotiate targets with DP's, track KPI's for goal achievement and steer DP's through formal / informal meetings, manage and lead the cross-
functional team and keep them updated through XF-meetings and CRM Business Development : Manage business- and strategic development of DP's, set up projects and respective measures to grow revenues per DP, track projects and actions on DP and iptiQ side Account Management implementation : working closely with the CMO and act as a change ambassador for the implementation of the account management framework and CRM starting with a pilot in the UK, share insights and adapt Account Management principles, ensure roll out throughout markets over time through appropriate training and coaching.
