The GCOO Workforce Functional Transaction Cycle isresponsible for providing a clean and accurate baseline for workforce data, theauthoritative source for workforce forecasting, in order to drive key businessdecision making, mainly for the ExCo community.
To support the Workforce team to successfully implement the client’s workforce plan in line with the team agenda.
Be the central point of contact for managing resource requests for Joiners / Movers / Leavers processes across the client area.
Manage all Joiners / Movers / Leavers data points for the client area.
Ensure Workforce data is accurately reflected in agreed authoritative sources and ensure accurate reporting, planning and cost recovery.
Maintain data upon direction relating to client organisation charts.
Manage and maintain Workforce action logs for the client area to ensure continued focus on required actions and follow up on progress where needed.
Understand the appropriate HR and Risk Policies & Standards applicable to Workforce activities
Agood working knowledge of all Microsoft packages, with excellent MS Excel &good PowerPoint skills
Goodworking knowledge of SAP and other WFP tools
Goodlevel of numeracy, literacy, analytical and systematic problem solving skills
Goodawareness of workforce planning and resource management
Goodknowledge of Workforce systems and processes, with knowledge of interfaces intoHR and Finance
Familiarwith written reporting and presentations for a wide audience
