Outbound Service Plan Advisors Eurocentral, Vardy Central OTE £30K 40 hr week

Shifts : Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday onrotation 9am - 5pm, if you work a Saturday you get Monday’s off

Due to business expansion we havean exciting opportunity for two Outbound Service Plans Advisors to join theVardy Central Team on full time permanent basis.

As an Outbound Service Plan Advisor, you’llbe responsible for contacting all guests who have purchased vehicles or visitedour service centres to sell our Service Plans and switching existing guest tonew PV service plans.

As part of this role, you will be responsiblefor

Outbound calling customers

Building relationships with customer over thephone

Selling products to the guest and goingthrough the benefits

Working to achieve sales, customer satisfaction and productivity targets

Learning about the needs of our customers to ensure the products and services you’re selling meet their needs and adds value

Handleobjections and offer solutions

What you will need

Excellent communication skills and warm telephone manner

Sales experience, ideally within a contact centre environment

Excellent customer service skills

Experience dealing with objections

To be resilient and tenacious with the ability to quickly build rapport

The ability and willingness to learn and to keep up to date with new products and services

Experience of working towards targets, ideally within a sales environment

Ability to multi-task within a busy environment

Computer literate
