The Role

You will be working as part of the UK Change Central PMO reporting function and will work with a number of stakeholders across the UK Business to produce accurate, timely and well-presented reports and MI.

As a PMO Analyst you will have strong analytical skills and will be able to review data, identifying where additional controls need to be applied.

You will also look for opportunities to improve processes to ensure best practices are followed and challenge where appropriate.

Responsibilities in this role include

  • Timely production of quality regular and ad-hoc reports (project statuses, KPIs, risks, issues and financials) using data from BrightWork (SharePoint) and Excel, including responses to audit activity.
  • Preparing monthly Change Board packs, including extracting key messages for Exec attention.
  • Logging and monitoring meeting actions.
  • Co-ordination of COO executive reporting packs, gathering updates and consolidating.
  • Maintaining and developing reporting tools (Excel, Project On-Line, Sharepoint On-Line, Power BI) :
  • providing views for packs, analysis to support discussions / decisions and quality checking of data.

  • Supporting managers of Central BAU activity : tracking spend, Op Planning and Re-baselining.
  • Supporting PMO process and template improvements.
  • The individual

  • Experience of working within a Change environment or reporting environment
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint, including macros / VBA, Sharepoint Extracts.
  • Intermediate skills in Power BI, familiar with creating data models, transforming data and producing
  • visuals.

  • Desirable experience with Project On-Line, but not required.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
