Addleshaw Goddard’s Financial Regulation Team is one of largest in the UK with a mix of 25 lawyers and compliance professionals split over Leeds, London and now Edinburgh.
The team has a very strong reputation for regulated lending and banking and is ranked in both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500.
In addition to our consumer finance practice, we have a strong and growing wider financial regulation practice. The Team is a driving force behind the firm's Payments practice, which is also considered to be one of the leading Payments practices in the UK.
We also have a strong financial markets regulatory practice, assisting clients to implement MIFID II, EMIR, Senior Persons Regime, as well as supporting transactional, banking and funds structuring work.
