Facilities Assistant - Immediate start - DBS required £9.40p / h Woking GU21 Monday - Friday 08.00am - 17.00pm Salary £9.

40 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday Experience with a leading company On site parking Long term secure work Immediate start Your responsibilities include : Support the Account Manager with the management of an effective office environment.

Ensure all facilities services and inspections are completed in a timely and effective manner Monitor and maintain the CAFM system whilst ensuring the all reactive and planned maintenance tasks are allocated effectively Resolve any enquiries, issues or complaints from client and customers effectively and diplomatically Support the Account Manager in ensuring all building services are maintained within relevant scheduled frequencies and inspections deadlines 0 Taking an active role in the event of emergency situations Maintain and update site information documentation Produce correspondence to clients.

This involves emails, quotations, meeting minutes, newsletters and general correspondence.

Create and maintain an excellent relationship with facilities stakeholders Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in a facilities management environment would be an advantage.
