Digital Marketing Specialist - 12 Month FTC Position Objectives The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, design, creation and implementation of digital marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company products and services in Germany.

Highly analytical with the ability to report data trends and find opportunities within the statistics. A proven track record to look across the digital marketing and product mix to identify opportunities which achieves measurable success.

They can lead and influence peers as well as leadership to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions which meet a business goal.

Proficiency in digital marketing in particular, web / online advertising, social media, Email marketing & automations, SEO, SEM and web development is a must.

At the core of the Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is the generation of direct revenue and an incremental pipeline for existing and new customers, leveraging digital marketing campaigns.

  • Own the number and the delivery of digital activities in Germany and deliver targeted campaigns that result in growth for the country.

  • Develop digital marketing strategies across multiple channels with measurable plans to ensure growth attainment
  • Develop, design and implement data-driven marketing programs (including onsite, SEO / SEM, paid digital media and social media), that deliver awareness, engagement and pipeline.

  • Devise key messaging points for lead generation and conversion campaigns. Understand the buyer personas and target marketing activities along the buying cycle.
  • Collaborate with Regional marketing managers to understand priorities and develop and execute campaigns that reach and resonate with targeted prospects.
  • Use business acumen to identify target customers, leverage existing content and / or generate new content needed to make an impact on target customers.

  • Responsible for all digital marketing operations functions and tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing operations, analytics, global digital team, sales and other functions like customer care.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead conversations at all levels.
