We are looking for a strong integrated account person, with solid experience of business brands and content marketing as well as exceptional client handling skills and a passion for design, digital solutions, comms, innovation, and trends.
The role will be responsible for managing a range of clients across the B2B and B2C portfolio, managing the process closely from initial concept through to end delivery.
As a brand design agency, we deliver connected brand experiences, so the successful candidate will manage integrated campaigns and clients as well as standalone print or digital projects
You will be expected to pitch to clients, so a very confident and assertive attitude with polished presentation skills is necessary to promote the agency’s ideas and benefits.
Equally motivated working autonomously and as part of a team, this role will see you become the key client contact but also an integral part of wider agency projects.
The agency will depend on you to give your accounts direction and maintain a clear strategy so you will be driven, ambitious and able to represent the agency independently.

Working alongside the Account Director, Client Services Director, Producer and creative team, manage EMEA and UK corporate clients, advising and creating innovative, data-driven campaigns, content and collateral to improve brand performance.
Manage and deliver multiple projects for various accounts to agreed scope, timings, budget, and quality.
Work with internal teams to help define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for projects.
Working extremely closely with the client to assist in documenting their technical and business requirements and then going on to define and deliver appropriate digital solutions
Support and manage a Senior Account Executive on their account’s growth as well as the SAE’s progress.
Everything must be communicated ensure that all proposals, documentation, costings, briefs, scopes and presentations are of the highest possible standard.
Be positive and a force for good in the team even when faced with difficult problems. Be solutions focused.
Know when to delegate upwards and raise the alarm at the right time, to the right people when issues occur.
Be prepared to muck in on areas outside of your immediate team. This means sharing resource, helping on other accounts, taking part in pitches, or managing any other internal initiatives if required.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Significant experience in professional client relationship management
Business brand experience
Experience in delivering world-class digital solutions across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet etc.)
Experience producing compelling print collateral
Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
Background of proposal writing, project scoping, budgeting and timeline planning
Ability to report and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
