    Salary : £60,000 - £69,000 (inclusive of a non-consolidated allowance) & Excellent Benefits

    Duration : Permanent

    Location : Pier Walk, North Greenwich & Remote Working

    You’ll be developing and supporting a wide range of systems that are crucial to TfL’s operations. We’ll rely on you to support and develop systems that are elegant and robust, integrating a wide variety of systems across our cloud estate.

    You’ll be part of a Kanban team working to build, deploy and support TfL’s Azure Integration Services and Back Office Services and Apps, working with other Scrum teams to deploy and support high quality working software.

    You’ll be responsible for undertaking detailed investigations to identify root causes and fixes for complex technical issues and implementation of data and code fixes.

    You’ll be liaising with the business, service owners and 3rd party suppliers.

    You’ll get to use every bit of your expertise

    Constantly looking for better ways to develop software and experienced in developing high profile public websites, you’ll be an expert in the following :

  • Microsoft Azure, in particular :
  • APIM, ARM templates, Azure Service Bus and Function and Logic Apps
  • Scripting using PowerShell
  • Azure DevOps, in particular :
  • Deployment Automation, Git Repositories
  • Some development experience with C#
  • It would be highly desirable if you’ve also worked with any of the following :

  • SQL Server
  • Container Services (e.g. Kubernetes)
  • Administration of Windows Server
