This post holder will work with the Senior Project Administrator, Team Manager, Therapists and Mentors to deliver Emotional Health and Wellbeing services to Children and Young People living in Merseyside.
You will be expected to work 20 hours per week over 3 days by agreement, Monday to Friday with potentially some flexible working hours and travel across the borough and work in schools and community venues as well as our office bases in St Helens and Runcorn.
We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant who is comfortable and skilled talking with parents and clients on the phone and face to face, and who can manage sensitive health and personal information with confidentiality and with adherence to strict data protection protocols.
