We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who is results-driven and a strategic partner to join our expanding team.

This role’s aim is to provide our stakeholders with the very best talent in the market place by ensuring the right candidates are identified, sourced and approached in creative and innovative ways.
Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, including role development, go to market attraction campaigns, shortlisting, coaching line managers on interview competencies, securing the best talent through to onboarding
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand the complexities of their functions
Developing and implementing robust solutions to meet all recruitment requirements to meet these needs for current and future state
Coach, advise and consult with key stakeholders to create recruitment and go to market strategies
Determine the appropriate channel / media strategy to create required campaigns, maximise brand awareness and drive advert response
Pro-active sourcing including the use of social networks, job boards and direct sourcing
CV screening including telephone interviews
Liaising with / influencing hiring managers and hiring teams to deliver strong outcomes
Continually pursue ways to improve existing processes, document our approach and implement best practice
Review metrics on a weekly basis to identify areas of concern and address with stakeholders
Delivering best in class onboarding and attraction strategies
