The purpose of this role is to ensure that the scope of the delivery is understood and that the technical solution meets the business need, so that comprehensive plans are built, managed and achieved.
This role is accountable from the business scoping of a technical deliverable or set of deliverables through to enablement of technical benefits realisation, covering the functional and non-
The deliverables would be across a set of projects or programmes and the complexity would range from small to medium sized deliveries or a single large technical delivery, including producing and agreeing the technical delivery plan, managing the costs against forecast and working with peers to enable and maintain the right resource levels for the delivery.
Aligning the deliveries to the Enterprise Architecture and Business strategy to delivery the best solution for BT and its customers.
