Reporting to the People Data Specialist the People Data Administrator will act as first point of contact for all data and reporting queries across the group, delivering standardised and ad hoc reports to a high standard in a timely and efficient manner.

Although a part of the People Reporting Team, the People Data Administrator will also work closely with the wider HR Team in order to hold them accountable for accuracy of the data held, and ensure it is maintained at the highest standard.

  • Responsibilities :

  • Initial point of contact for all data and reporting queries across the group escalating queries as required
  • Produce and provide high quality reports and data analysis to support global operational delivery
  • Support the production and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and metrics pertaining to key People Data as requested by key stakeholders
  • Support and maintain data integrity / quality by holding the wider HR team accountable for accuracy
  • Support quarterly / bi-annual Performance Ratings / Bonus process by collating and distributing data
  • Support delivery of the global Headcount report on a weekly basis by collating key stats on Headcount, New Starters, Leavers and Attrition
  • Support production of the quarterly People Dashboard, by collating and analysing key People Data
