CK Group is recruiting for a Digital Capabilities Contractor to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry, at their site in High Wycombe.

This is a contract role until the end of 2019 with a rate of up to £42.50 for a limited company contractor. Our client is one of the world's leading research-

based pharmaceutical companies and is part of a global family of companies - the largest diversified healthcare group in the world with over 100 years of scientific heritage.

They employ approximately 500 people in the UK and Ireland. They are committed to delivering great medicines and have introduced a range of innovative treatments that can make an important difference to the lives of patients with serious health conditions such as schizophrenia, hepatitis C, multiple myeloma, HIV / AIDS and diabetes.

The role is based at the client's site in High Wycombe, a large town in Buckinghamshire, northwest of London.

The Role : The Digital Capabilities role will leverage defined digital marketing strategy and globally repeatable best practices, standards and centralized capabilities to increase and accelerate the B2C migration platform to a mobile friendly platform to the EMEA Region and markets and rolling out eCRM program.

This will enable Digital marketing to be strategically and efficiently embedded as part of Integrated Marketing Communications, resulting in greater value delivered globally.

Key Responsibilities include to :

  • Lead and drive the B2C migration deployment and eCRM program, in collaboration with the Global IT and Digital team and the EMEA Ax Experience Manager for priority markets in 2019.
  • Support regional / local market roll-out and execution. This includes compiling, assessing, and communicating digital needs and requests and have a clear tactical planning to secure the migration of 21 domains in 2019.
  • Work with cross functional partners (IT, Marketing, Markets) to roll out the New B2C website and eCRM program and measurement planning.
  • Support project execution for specific digital initiatives.
  • Lead digital transfer success models and ongoing communications.
  • Elevate analytic benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital.
  • Drive digital focus and reduce complexity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Your Background : To succeed in this role, you will have worked I a digital marketing capacity for a healthcare marketer or digital agency.

    You will be have an excellent understanding of integrated marketing communications and the role digital plays in the consumer experience and cross-

    channel marketing mix is required. You will also have a comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how web, mobile, social, search and e-

    commerce channels work together to optimize behavior, acquisition and sales is required.
