As the Customer Service Adviser some of your main duties will include :
It is essential that you have previous customer service experience, and be fluent in English and French. Experience of working with MS Office and excellent communication skills will be vital in this position.
You will be well organised and able to manage your work load effectively. As the Customer Support Adviser you will be able to work to tight deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
