Pall are currently looking to for a French-speaking Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly, hard-working team who play a vital role in our growing business, promoting the highest standards of customer service to exceed expectations.

You would be based at our modern site at Harbour Gate in Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an environment where your work is varied and interesting.

This role will involve you processing and handling orders and amendments, dealing with clients throughout the Northern Africa, Middle East and parts of Europe.

Another part of your role will be to provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00 to 5.15pm and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Fridays.

Role and Duties :

  • Enter, supervise and amend, where required, current sales orders and projects to ensure Customer requirements are met
  • Raise Credit / Debit notes and Product Returns when needed
  • Handle price lists, contracts and support price increases
  • Supervise and meet requirements of current Contracts and Agreements to include providing a timely alert to all concerned regarding expiry date, price reviews and product usage figures
  • Respond to standard and technical communications / enquiries from Customers and the Sales Force
  • Ensure Sales Office procedures are operated in accordance with those detailed in the Pall Quality Manual
  • Meet the departmental targets and objectives
  • Coordinate order management through QlikView and SAP reporting tools
  • Basic Qualifications / Experience :

  • Proven experience in a Customer biased Office role
  • Some knowledge / experience within exports (no qualifications in this area required)
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with clients both over the phone and by email
  • Proactive team player
  • Someone with strong attention to detail along with methodical approach to work
  • Experience of an ERP system or similar, SAP would be ideal
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office / Outlook etc.
