The Creative Engagement Group is an unusually shaped communications group that creates experiences that inspire lasting change.

The Creative Engagement Group partners with clients to provide employee engagement, learning & training solutions, scientific engagement and capability building, all underpinned by applied behavioural science.

We engage internal and external audiences through the creation and delivery of live & virtual experiences, film, digital, and immersive content.

At The Creative Engagement Group, we work with an international blue-chip client base across business categories with a particular strength in healthcare.

Our business is made up of six divisions : WRG, Forty1, Logicearth Learning Services, Axiom, Cormis & Just Communicate.

A bit about our client...

One of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare companies - and their offshoot, dedicated to HIV medicines and research and completely focused on people affected by HIV / AIDS.

We have worked collaboratively with the client for over 12 years, producing some great content together. We are a trusted supplier, combining agency creativity and innovation with the organizational knowledge of an internal team.

  • Our Film Team has worked very closely with the client over the years; in the film & broadcast studio we run at the client’s Headquarters;
  • on location at laboratories and manufacturing sites; face-to-face with patients and public; creating animations and motion graphics;
  • all celebrating the client’s science, culture, innovation and patient-focus.

    A bit about the role...

    Working between TCEG’s London office, the client’s headquarters, on location and as a remote worker, we require an experienced Producer Director to work as a lead Producer on one of TCEG Film’s largest pharmaceutical client accounts.

    The account requires a multi-skilled and detail-focussed PD who will thrive in a busy work environment, able to manage multiple projects with enthusiasm.

    As Producer you will manage all phases of production from pre-production, through production to project delivery, liaising with our TCEG client engagement team and clients.

  • You will be working as part of a small, dedicated production team on a wide range of projects : top & tail edits of web recordings and user-generated content;
  • studio greenscreen shoots (sometimes with VIP talent), laboratory and industrial process films, 360 immersive content, stills photography, motion graphics, character animations;
  • content for international live and web-broadcast events and on-air streaming to news channels. Some projects will move from opportunity, to Statement of Work, to delivery in the same week;
  • some will run through phases that last more than a year. You’ll work with in-house and freelance designers, motion graphics artists, animators, editors and camera crew plus it’ll be a huge advantage if you have any of these skills yourself.

    At TCEG, we leave our egos at the door and collectively work towards a shared set of Family Values which support us to communicate, collaborate, think agnostically, create excellence, challenge ourselves and have a fair amount of fun along the way.

    Our work with, not for’ philosophy is key to who we are.
