We have a great Opportunity for a Quality & Assurance Lead to join our hospital in Reading.Circle Health is a company that runs hospitals and health services in the UK.

We actively welcome early discussions with potential candidates.Role & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual who can manage Quality & Assurance effectively and efficiently across the site.

The post-holder will have previous experience working in a similar role in healthcare at the same level and feel comfortable working with a degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities will include the line management of the Quality & Assurance Team, managing, delivering and monitoring robust governance processes throughout the services and to provide assurance on quality and governance internally and externally, ensuring the site is compliant with current regulatory and legislationrequirements.
