  • Summary

    ORONA’s activities are focused on the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernisation of lifts, escalators, moving ramps and walkways.

    We are looking for an NVQ Level 2 qualified or part qualified Stairlift Engineer to join our team covering Southampton. As an experienced Stairlift Engineer you will be responsible for :

  • Carrying out regular and planned Repair, and / or service visits on stair lifts, ceiling track hoists through the floor lifts or step lifts
  • Liaise with the service team to update them on the status of jobs and to report any relevant faults / further works
  • Meeting agreed customer response times, building relationships with our clients
  • Problem solving and working on own initiative
  • Participate in the on call rota as required, attending any call outs that may arise
  • Control stocks on the company vehicle, to ensure continued availability of spare parts
