Description The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager plays a key role in managing the development of the constantly growing online business of InSinkErator, leading global manufacturer of instant hot water taps and food waste disposal units.

InSinkErator is part of Emerson Corporation.

The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager will be the lead Digital role in the EMEA region and is responsible for managing a full omni-channel digital marketing strategy.

The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager, together with the digital marketing team, will develop specific digital programs and initiatives that grow online sales and increase brand / category awareness.

A key area for growth is through the development of the company CRM and email marketing strategy and he / she will be responsible for maximizing this opportunity.

He / she will maintain and analyse all digital activity and monitor the performance of ecommerce sales in the region, providing regular reports.

He / she will provide insights on digital developments and be responsible for shaping the online strategy for the Company.

The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager will manage two direct reports, one based in Watford and another in Cluj (Romania).

He / she will report to the Managing Director (GM) based in Watford.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Digital Marketing strategy for European region; Work with B2B partners across Europe to implement digital initiatives
  • Work closely with Sales Director on eCommerce strategy for Company website and Amazon; Manage agencies (SEO, PPC, Video Production)
  • Develop company CRM strategy (HubSpot) including email marketing and database growth
  • Develop company social media strategy
  • Manage 6-figure Digital Marketing budget
  • Design and implement targeted, timely customer retention programs
  • Manage content for company EMEA websites
  • Create campaign landing pages
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing and identify new opportunities for the Company
  • Track ROI on all digital initiatives
  • Manage 2 direct reports
  • Additional Information International travel will be required. Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, B2C and eCommerce sales
  • Marketing / business management degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience in analytical tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, detailed oriented.
  • Experience in HubSpot or a similar CRM system
  • Experience in managing Amazon and online digital advertising campaigns preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign preferred
  • Experience of IBM Websphere, Unbounce and content management system eg Core Media, digital asset management system eg Media Valet preferred
  • Self-driven and fast learner.
  • Strong interest in technology, online systems and software
  • Customer centricity and insights to digital customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English,both verbal and written, and the ability to interact with co-workers, work inculturally diverse, remote teams.

    Knowledge of any other European language is an asset.

    Excellent organizational skills, theability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Strong team player with excellentmotivational and managerial skills

    Advanced skills of MS Office; Excel, Powerpoint, Word
