You will be part of an internal Infrastructure support team, which sits within the Technology Operations department in the Group.

The infrastructure team is an integral team which provides support for the group together with our main 3rd party, who also manage and look after aspects of the Groups infrastructure.

The role of Infrastructure Engineer is really important to us. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to work in a challenging but rewarding environment.

The Group is going through some major changes, which provides a lot of opportunities to learn and develop in a complex technology environment.

When the time is right, we would love to welcome you to our Manchester / Reading / Cardiff office. In the meantime you will be based remotely.

You’ll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.

What would your day look like?

You will be responsible for providing 3rd Line day to day support for various technologies and systems within a small team of SME’s.

The technologies will include (but won’t be limited to the following) :

  • Windows server 2008-2019
  • Linux operating systems
  • Active Directory, PowerShell, Exchange, Exchange Online, Azure, ZScaler, CyberArk, Tuffin, SolarWinds, VMWare, SAN technologies
  • What do we expect of you?

  • 2 + years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Stack.
  • Microsoft AZURE design and deployment-Desirable experience
  • Office 365 design and deployment- Desirable experience
