The Property Litigation Group which consists of 10 fee earners, has an outstanding reputation for handling all kinds of property disputes and is consistently ranked highly in the leading UK directories for real estate dispute resolution work.
This is a core and expanding group which sits within the Real Estate Department (which consists of approximately 75 fee earners) and is one of the strongest real estate practices in the country.
It is respected both internally and externally as being a dynamic and expanding property litigation practice which has stand-
alone clients, as well as clients in common with the rest of the Real Estate Department.
Due to further expansion of the group we now have a growth opportunity to join this market leading practice. Such an opportunity exist in either London or Manchester (or a combination of both).
This principal role will require someone with a confident communication style, with the desire to become a leading property litigator, and with a strong commercial acumen.
There are good career progression opportunities for the successful candidate, to take on responsibility and gain exposure to a wide breadth of work.
The work will include day-to-day responsibility for a varied and interesting case-load. The successful candidate will have direct contact with clients and will be required to assist with a busy case-
load, which will include dealing with both contentious and potentially non contentious matters from their start through to a conclusion.
This is within a very supportive environment, with supervision.
