We're looking for an exceptional Account Manager (non sales) to join our existing head office team responsible for building the content that appears on itison every day, and managing the over 4,500 amazing businesses we work with.

This position is initially a 6-month contract with a view to a longer-term position, for the right person.

What you’ll be doing

The role will be part of our Host Services team, who are the backbone of itison. You’ll be responsible for creating the hundreds of deals and events that feature on our site, using our in-

house content management system. You will also manage the accounts of the world’s leading local and national brands, ensuring all our businesses have a first-

class experience with itison.

You’ll be a super-smart people person, with exceptional levels of accuracy and detail, a love of process, structure and routine, and a logical approach to problem solving.

You’ll also need to be extremely organised, used to working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable liaising with a range of businesses and internal teams.

You should have a minimum of two year’s professional work experience, in a detail-heavy role, ideally involving content creation and management.

An understanding of the digital marketplace would be helpful, but not essential.

  • You’ll be :

  • Smart, with a minimum of 2 years+ professional work experience in a busy content management or detailed administration role
  • A quick worker and learner, with first rate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional at time management and organisation, and adept at prioritising a changing workload.
  • An excellent communicator, both over the phone and in writing, with impeccable grammar, punctuation and spelling.
  • Used to working with multiple systems
  • A confident people person with experience of liaising with multiple teams
  • Experienced in client / account management and excellent at building relationships
  • Able to work independently and use your initiative to solve problems and find solutions quickly.
  • Efficient and always looking for smarter ways of working
  • Enthusiastic and a team player with a positive approach to working and learning in a fast-paced, growing company
