Candidate Manager, Human Resources Division
We are looking for an ambitious HR Manager ready to shape and develop the organisation through a period of exciting transformation.
You will ideally come from a creative background within the arts / theatre / not for profit sector and be looking to work in a smaller company where you will be at the heart of the business.
The ideal candidate will be very autonomous, but be able to collaborate well with senior leadership teams and have a keen eye for managing budgets and driving key projects and initiatives.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, having your finger on the pulse at all times, as well as the ability to establish strong relationships across the business with a variety of functions will be the key to success in this role.
Knowing how to adapt your HR approach for different client groups will be extremely important as you will support not only the corporate head office functions but also some extremely creative client groups with very different ways of working.

£45000 - £55000 per month
HR Manager / HRBP - Creative
£45000.00 - £55000 per annum
Interim HR Administrator - Creative
Foster and grow links with likeminded and relevant institutions to develop collaborations.

HR Business Partner - Multimedia Company
£70000 - £80000 per annum + great benefits package
