Scope and Purpose

  • Managing Bank's clients coverage of real money, hedge funds, banks and other ABS / CLO investors broadly based in Europe
  • Working closely with the Securitized Products & Loans Trading team to supply investment ideas to clients
  • Providing a consistent business development effort, by expanding clients coverage and by strengthening / improving existing relationships
  • Partnering with investment professionals and other sales team members in Banca IMI team to ensure successful sales and marketing initiatives
  • Required Experience

  • 3 to 10 years of experience as Credit Sales for a banking institution (dealers, originators) on both primary and secondary markets.
  • Focus will be on CLOs, experience in securitized products will be a plus.
  • Established relationships and proven track record in working with institutional clients in Europe with history of consistent revenue generation.
  • Experience in marketing new issues
  • Competencies Required

  • Good knowledge of financial markets dynamics
  • Knowledge of securitisation technique and structured finance transactions (framework, features and recent developments)
  • Knowledge of leveraged loans / HY market will be a plus
  • Dedicated to exceptional client service and excellent business development ability The person should meet all the necessary conditions to work in financial markets, in the UK.
  • Degree or Master Degree in Finance or Economics
  • Excel and Bloomberg Professional user INTEX will be a plus
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills, coupled with good business awareness
  • Well-organized, independent, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
