What are we looking for?
A killer FP&A associate. It's a complex job, you'll be in charge of making sure our budgets are balanced, our financial plans are realistic and we've got money in the bank.
We need a financial associate who listens, collaborates, and communicates, recognises the company's vision, sees value in our values and is there to help TG scale up internationally,

Coordinate our planning process, as well as regular re-forecasting, and direct the underlying drivers of performance to help improve the top and bottom line.
Create budget templates for each business function.
Develop detailed working knowledge of systems, to ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
Ensure actuals are recorded accurately in our financial reporting system.
Extract and analyse data from finance and operational systems.
Own our management reporting, including headcount reporting and weekly operational reporting, maintain rolling forecasts, and make sure that theres alignment on what our numbers say.
Provide proactive, insightful, high quality analysis to support decision making, which can be translated into plans for the team;
regular assessment of working capital, our balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
Act as a key business partner to the accounts and agency services departments globally to improve financial administration and assist with implementation of key business processes.
Assist with maintaining our financial reporting system (Xero / Fathom) and keeping it up to date.
Support the implementation of a cross-border intercompany billing system (UK,NZ,AU).
Assist with analysis of key financial metrics across all operational regions.
2+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, including multi-currency and international
Accounting qualification (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)
Superior proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
Fluency with Xero
Enthusiasm and professionalism
Excellent written and oral communication and listening skills
Previous experience working with senior decision makers in professional services / agency preferable
