An international company with a market-leading reputation, is seeking confident and professional individuals to provide hands-

on support with their high-volume assessment centres that will be running between September 2019 March 2020.

Working at a variety of locations around the country, you will work with a team of assessors to rate and score Graduate level applicants, and will use Excel to note marks, and Word to compose your written summaries of their performance.

Your input will be crucial and will have a long-term impact on the future of the company and its succession plans, so it is tremendously important that you are consistent and adaptable in your approach.

The ability to remain consistent in your scoring across the entirety of the project will be pivotal!

You must also be able to rapidly solve the challenges normally encountered within a busy assessment centre, including being able to speak to a large audience of people, ensuring candidates adhere to their schedules exactly, and dealing with a variety of administrative duties.

Your main duties will include :

The ideal candidate will be a quick-learner, a confident and articulate communicator and able to build effective relationships with different people.

You will enjoy speaking to groups of people (about 15 in total per session) and will demonstrate gravitas and confidence.

You must be happy to travel around the country to the various venues and will take pride in arriving punctually.

An understanding or previous experience of running assessment centres would be a real advantage, although isn’t essential if you have demonstrable experience within events, recruitment, human resources or senior administration

You will also demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Candidates should exercise total discretion and will take on board feedback from more experienced assessment staff with ease
