Teaching Personnel are working with a lovely Special Educational Needs school in Hampshire who cater for children and young adults up to the age of 23 years old, with physical difficulties to include Cerebral Palsy and Muscular Dystrophy, along with additional learning needs.

This is a lovely school, who really invest in their pupils, through all aspects of their daily life. In order to ensure that each pupil thrives, the school need the right staff to aid their pupil's learning and development.
Class sizes consist of 4 - 6 pupils, so are on a much smaller basis in comparison to a mainstream setting.
At present, the school are looking for staff to work in their Sixth Form classes, so you will need to be comfortable working with these ages.
You will need to be enthusiastic and proactive, while showing a flexibility to work with various ages and needs. Being resilient and having the ability to quickly react in different situations is a must.
