What you will do

Do you have know-how about Kronos implementation? Join our Corporate IT Kronos team to deliver Kronos projects, carrying out design, build and test activities in support of time solution deployments! The aim of this role is to take ownership of a solution architecture within an implementation project that solves the business problem, while generating maximum value for the customer.

Solution Architect will provide functional and technical domain expertise and be accountable for the requirements gathering, best application configuration, ensuring that the solution design meets the requirements.

The candidate will work with a team of IT and business resources (both internal and external) with a high level of expertise in time tracking.

How you will do it

  • Craft solutions involving Kronos time applications, by recommending the most efficient system and process design. This includes the latest functionality of Kronos and its cloud architecture.
  • Participate in the fit gap analysis during the blueprint phase and during the deployment readiness phases. Translating master data requirements and functional knowledge into technical requirements
  • Develop functional specifications for system changes, design high quality solutions to meet the functional requirements.
  • Work with the business process and data teams to support data cleansing and data conversion activities for Kronos solutions
  • Partner with non-Kronos IT teams to deliver high-quality and robust end-to-end solution integrations in an efficient and timely manner
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences
  • Provide primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity
  • Collaborate with IT Security function to ensure that all global applications have the required levels of security and protection of business information.
  • Ensure that all projects’ risks are highlighted to the Project Coordinator and assists in resolving issues and mitigating risks
  • Communicate and supports the business cases to Product Management and Product Development regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements
  • Required

  • 6+ years’ experience in Kronos implementation and business support - full life cycle experience in large implementations.
  • Proficient with master data set-up and technical components, vital for successful functioning with sophisticated standard and custom processes
  • Involvement with integrations of time solutions to HR, Payroll, Service and other applications.
  • Participation in process of re-engineering or improvement, involving broad-based information systems, using tools and techniques to effect business change.
  • Superb interpersonal skills required at all levels, able to interact and impact senior leadership. Excellent command of verbal and written communication (English).
  • Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent work of team and established cross-team partnership. Experience leading large complex cross-functional programs
  • Willing to travel occasionally
  • Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with an IT focus.
  • Expertise in time tracking methods and approaches within manufacturing and service line of business
