The Global Channel Development Organization communicates rebate programs and policies to Seagate’s Direct and Indirect Customers and offers operational support for global channel sales and marketing efforts.

About the role - you will :

  • Work with a global team to review and advise on composition and submission of Channel Communications, including pricing programs, product notifications, policies, and general communications to Seagate customers.
  • Coordinate approval workflow for each communication, often bringing stakeholders from various teams together to gain consensus.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of programs.
  • Help develop and test program letter templates and perform quality control on existing templates.
  • Provide user support across multiple platforms to ensure smooth turnaround of communications.
  • Work with IT and perform UAT on system enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Evaluate pricing program complexity and drive simplification solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional project teams and contribute to the Total Customer Experience.
  • Participate in training and onboarding of new program requesters and contribute to the documentation of new processes.

  • Self-directed with excellent time-management skills and the confidence to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Establish strong working relationships with key internal partners.
  • Tech-savvy and capable of communicating and working with tech support teams.
  • Your experience includes :

  • A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects
  • Previous experience with problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Previous experience working confidently with stakeholders at all levels of management
  • Performing User Acceptance Testing and working on technical projects / enhancements
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (+Add Ins). Microsoft Power Automate is a plus
  • You might also have :

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Channel Management / Marketing experience
  • SalesForce experience
  • Change Management experience
