Our Synthetic Flight Instructors play a vital role in providing training and upholding standards for our ever expanding Pilot community.

We are pleased to offer both permanent full and part time and contract / consultancy opportunities for experienced individuals to join our team.

Based at the Training Centre, you will have the perfect environment in which to deliver both classroom and Simulator based training.

Our Synthetic Flight Instructors provide first class instruction to our Pilots, delivering Type Rating and other Airline specific training courses.

You will have a lead role in maintaining the highest standards of training as well as contributing to the continuous development of training materials and resources.

You will hold a EASA Pilot licence (CPL / ATPL) which is able to be validated for Synthetic Flight Instruction / Examining, no valid medical is required , and have at least 1500 hours flying experience on medium to heavy multi crew, multi engine Commercial or Military aircraft.

Ideally, you will have a current or previous B737 Type Rating and / or Training Qualification, however qualifications will be provided for suitably experienced candidates.
