PURPOSE OF JOB
TO MANAGE THE COLLECTIONS FUNCTION WITHIN THE INTERNATIONAL DIVISION OF THE MIDDLE EAST , TO ESTABLISH AND PROMOTE A CULTURE OF PROMPT PAYMENTS FROM CLIENTS AND THE REDUCTION OF AGED DEBT, DSO AND POTENTIAL BAD DEBT EXPOSURE.
MANAGEMENT AND COLLECTION OF KEY INTERNATIONAL AND CORPORATE ACCOUNTS
REDUCTION OF AGED AND POTENTIAL BAD DEBT EXPOSURE WITHIN A VERY STRICT TIMELINE
PROACTIVE ENGAGEMENT IN THE EFFECTIVE COLLECTION OF PAYMENTS IN LINE WITH CONTRACTUALLY AGREED SETTLEMENT TERMS
SECUREING PAYMENTS WITHIN VERY TIGHT DEADLINES AND FOLLOW UP ACTION PLANS FOR NON PAYMENT
WORKING TOWARDS AND MEETING EXTREMELY STRICT AND ROBUST COLLECTION TARGETS
EFFECTIVELY LIASE AND COMMUNICATE WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO RESOLVE AND ESCALATE DISPUTES OR POTENTIAL BARRIERS RESTRICTING PAYMENTS
BE INSTRUMENTAL IN THE CO ORDINATION AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES TO ENSURE RECOVERY OF REVENUE AND MININMIZING LOSS.
PROMOTE A CULTURE OF PROMPT PAYMENTS ACROSS THE MIDDLE EAST BUSINESS DIVISIONS
PROVIDE WEEKLY MANAGEMENT INFORMATION OF COLLECTION ACTIVITY AND RECOVERIES HIGHLIGHTING AREAS OF CONCERN.
PROVIDE REPORTING TO THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.
CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER BASE TO ENSURE PROMPT PAYMENT OF REVENUE
WORKING TO EXTREMELY STRICT DEADLINES AND THE ABILITY TO WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE
UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENT CORE PRODUCTS ACROSS THE DIFFERENT DIVISIONS AND THE RELEVANT INTERNATIONAL GOVERNMENT TAX RULINGS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED

SECURING PAYMENT OF AGED DEBT AND REDUCING AGED DEBT

MAXIMISING RECOVERIES THROUGHOUT THE DIVISION AND REDUCING POTENTIAL BAD DEBT.
