Paid Media Manager
We are now looking to hire an experienced Paid Media Manager to develop and deliver paid media strategies for one of our high profile and successful brands.
Plan, manage and implement the Beauty Subscriptions global Paid Media strategy, and align centrally supporting all territories to adopt, localise and activate in-market
Drive forward the comprehensive planning and execution across : Paid Social, PPC, Google Shopping, Display, YouTube and Video
Prepare, manage and optimise the PPC & Shopping budget to ROI and KPI targets to drive conversions, leads, acquisition and retention at scale
Manage and optimise brand channels including Social, Display and YouTube to upper funnel metrics
Contribute to the 3 year plan and support the delivery of the full commercial Paid Media proposition
Identify and implement new customer acquisition initiatives to drive growth targets
Develop and implement the Retargeting and Re-Marketing strategies across Paid Media Channels
Oversee Paid Media activities globally in-line with local teams, ensure initiatives work for all markets
Champion and drive necessary Paid Media changes ensuring full buy in from relevant stakeholders
Develop test strategies for all aspects of Paid Media to ensure the most effective approach is adopted and activated in-market
Drive forward best in market platform on-boarding for central and localised teams to deliver growth
Work with Google, Facebook and other media partners / agencies to ensure best in class campaign execution, global team training and forward-thinking principles are adopted
Continually research and understand the global paid environment to ensure the business remains at the forefront of the industry and front of mind for the customer
Implement strategies to reduce churn, improve customer loyalty and retention across all territories
Adopt customer first approach, to ensure Paid Media is customer focused to maximise effectiveness
Help team members understand the role of various paid media channels in achieving their objectives
Strong Paid Media experience with focus on Paid Search and Social (other paid channels preferable)
Strong background in implementing and managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, GDN)
Experience managing and implementing brand / conversion campaigns (Facebook, YouTube)
Confident in using Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Bid Management Tools and Business Manager
Strong commercial ability and experience of working to KPI’s and Paid Media targets
Confident, articulate communicator capable of inspiring and collaboration and building relationships
Able to give clarity, direction as well as problem solve
Strategic and analytical thinker
Able to prioritise, structure work and effectively manage time
Good project management and negotiation skills
Advantage : Previous experience within the beauty industry
