Business Development Manager
This role will be report in to High Wycombe, United Kingdom.
Main purpose of the role :
Deliver the business growth in the market company based on industry mapping, identify, prioritize and pursue business opportunities with new customer prospects and secure future business.
Develop and drive execution of prospect account plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives in North Europe.
Main responsibilities :
Lead scouting and strategy for business opportunities in dimensions of new customer groups with particular focus on prepared food and / or beverage industry
Lead relationship management with identified prospects
Lead opportunity management, cross selling and up selling and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals
Lead services portfolio deployment of relevant solutions in dimensions of new customer groups and / or new food and beverage industries
Participate in providing input to global portfolio team with market insights and trends
Lead building partnerships with local industry experts
Deliver business meetings with customers
We believe you have :
University / Bachelor degree or equivalent
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must
3-5 years of relevant background or experience in sales / business development preferably in the food industry or captial equipment
You have a combination of commercial acumen and knowledge (prospecting, sales planning, value selling), good financial and technical skills
Willingness to travel on a regular basis
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Full, clean driving license
