WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Coordination of collaboration space deployment projects from planning to execution / post deployment review
Prioritize tasks for Deployment Engineers
Accountable for providing project stakeholders with a routine status of the deployment project, actively communicating technical issues and risks, and minimizing the impact of these issues and risks
Written communications, both business and tech facing
Organizing, Co-coordinating and participating in weekly meetings and follow up actions
Assisting in the development & review of project plans as required to ensure on time delivery and within budget and resource capability
Support the Deployment Operations Project Manager to achieve the team’s objectives & goals
Escalating issues to the Deployment Operations Project Manager when required
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :
2+ Years Project Coordination Experience in a technical field (AV / VC, Networking, Infrastructure, etc.)
Experience with Office Microsoft Suite
Excellent task management, verbal & written communication skills, combined with relentless follow-up.
Excels when working in a team-oriented environment and highly motivated to provide a positive user experience
Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, a customer-service orientation, and welcoming, helpful attitude.
Sound technical foundation and ability to quickly understand technical concepts in a wide range of fields
Self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates strong leadership skills and willingness to learn
Able and confident to make decisions and be accountable for project deliverable.
