Living and breathing our Ann Summers values on a daily basis, we expect the Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The role is also responsible for managing product availability and visual merchandising in order to delight our customers with the products they love in the size they need, allowing the team to achieve the store KPIs.
The management team most collectively possess strong business acumen and an analytical eye, utilising the store’s trade information to create and capitalise on sales opportunities.
